I’m Helene Leeds, and I help my clients fall in love with the frequency of their body. I know, that sounds a bit out there, but here’s what I believe:
When we NOURISH our body with light-filled foods in balance, when we MOVE our bodies in ways that feel good (and get our HEART pumping), the light we put in will emanate and attract, and we’ll make better decisions because they come from the heart.
I believe if you are drawn to lighten up your physical body and consistently access more energy and joy and peace, you are probably a covert light warrior, like me. Someone who has been on a journey to reclaim the purpose you came into this life for. I want to help you to optimize your access to your energy so you can do what you’re here for. I love to apply everything I’ve learned over the past 30-years to create a customized recipe that takes you to new heights.
Because when your body is working with and for you, your purpose will come online in a bigger way, and you’ll be more innovative and willing to share your light, and that kind of result is unpredictable! The LightBody Immersion is very much about energy, but it is definitely not woo. We work with your body, food, and exercise as a pathway to give you all the energy you need to achieve your concrete purpose in the world.
I’ll assess what you most need to make the small moves that will have the biggest impact for you in your life and health. I’ll create a life ‘prescription’ if you will, and support you to integrate it. Because the action plan is unique to you, I can’t map it out all neatly on this page. The customization is a big benefit to choosing to work with me in this way. That said, I want you to know enough to ensure that you align to my approach.
Our bodies will heal if given the right nourishment, embodiment and heart centered attention.

I believe in a combination of approaches including Whole 30, Paleo, sprouted foods, raw, plant-based, Ayurvedic principles, Iyengar Yoga and more.
Movement and exercise can be a fun and freeing experience of self expression and, when used strategically, is your fast track to transformation.
You can completely reshape your body composition at any age and reprogram your energy field.
When our energy field is clear, integrated and “organized” we can access the wisdom of the heart.
Current factory farming practices aren’t healthy and change only happens with disruptive choices. Detox is a key to reclaiming your health and vitality.
There are many tools, practices and modalities that can combat our environmental stressors, we just need to know which are right for us and how to use them.
Energetically sensitive people don’t realize often misinterpret as hunger, and turn toward food rather than knowing how to work with their energy, emotions and mind.
Centered around a private retreat, we have pre-work that entails a whole life overhaul and examination. This is when we take a magnifying glass to all the areas of your life to see what is working and what is not working. We have a virtual session. The energy field is created to hold the transformation. The retreat is custom to your needs and revolves around targeted movement, nourishment and the curation of your unique life recipe as it aligns with your highest good. You leave with clarity of purpose, and a pathway forward that is well lit. In the months following your retreat, we will work together at least twice a month to ensure integration into your daily life and empower you around areas you are shifting out of resistance and into flow.
You’ll receive a welcome packet, surprise gift will be sent with LightBody Lifestyle support (Helene’s favs) with confidential questionnaire about the areas of your life and your degrees of fulfillment and strategic questions to spark your creativity and excavate your mind, body and heart to initiate the work
Followed by a 75 minute call where we review the five critical success factors, that if these things were handled, your life would be more whole, free and light.
Arrive to LAX airport and settle in, we will practice Yoga and/or go on a sunset hike and set intentions. Make dinner together (think of a mini cooking course).
Breath work, healing tea, adaptogenic late or medicinal coffee, a hike or other yoga/embodiment session. Architecting your life recipe with a sunset /walk on the beach.
Integration with breath work, embodiment practice and a LightBody Breakfast. We will review your life recipe and send you off with a plan to follow.
As you arrive home, you will begin to make some of the changes we envisioned and we will meet weekly or bi-monthly virtually for 60-minute sessions with email and text support. These sessions will ensure the integration necessary to solidify the changes and remove resistance you might be experiencing as you build your strength and LightBody calibration.
